If there is a carrier delay with your LTL Freight Shipment, below is a course of action to obtain status of delivery:
- If there is a shipment delay after the projected day of delivery, please call us at: 440-914-0530 ext. 703 and we will maintain a status on your shipment.
- For further details you’d like the carrier to know you may call the carrier directly.
- Note: Please notify PackagingSuppliesByMail about any special directions or requirements. If the carrier delivers a shipment after business hours, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay any redelivery charges or storage penalties from the carrier.
